At Breakout we love kids! But in Mixer Games, we require all players to be over 21 years old. This allows for more adults in the room. Kids can of course play any other of our games with an adult present.
Breakout holds the right to remove any players from the game who act in a manner that makes their teammates feel unsafe.
All Breakout Escape Games are monitored by the Game Host over multiple cameras. There is a one-to-one host-to-team ratio, meaning their attention is fully on one group. If a player in the group is making someone feel unsafe, any player can alert their host over the cameras in the room or step out of the room at any time to notify a staff member. Breakout has zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior and will act to remove the problem so all team members can resume their experience in a safe and fun manner.
In Mixer Games, players can bring up to FOUR people who have already met each other. Breakout does not consider knowing someone online as having previously met.
