Sure, if you are in the military, schools and some nonprofits can give us a call before booking.
Our format is different than most other Escape game companies. You should plan on being there 15 minutes in advance of game time and will likely be in the building for around 90 minutes to 2 hours total. This is not just a game, it’s an experience!
To play without an adult in the room, you must be 15 or older. Kids of all ages have a blast in our games, but we want the game to be safe, fun, and under control at all times. You know your kids better than we do. If you have responsible kids all under 15, ask the game host if you could wait outside the game while they play. Our building is interesting and has plenty of room to wait.
Yes! A small child that is immobile (to be carried or in a stroller through the entire game) can come along with you free of charge. Children walking around in the room will be charged. In many cases bringing small children is stressful to you and the team, but you’re the one trapped in a room with them 🙂
Like most ticketed events, once purchased they are non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time complimentary reschedule 24 hours prior to game time & this must be done over the phone. Call (586) 359-6944
Call us if it’s more than a few minutes. On-time is 15 minutes before game time. If the next game is booked, you may miss out on some of the experience, but we try our best to not have that happen.

No, only if you invite them. All rooms are private.
Yes! Groups of all ages enjoy Breakout, and we put things to engage the young ones in each game. However, keep in mind all games are made to have adult minds in the room. Also, only you know your kids. Escape room players need some concentration, and rooms are not considered childproof for younger children. We have many things that unsupervised children could break, so please consider this when booking. If your child can walk, they must purchase a ticket.
Yes, Zombie Roadhouse is Scary, but game masters can adjust that intensity up or down a bit. We don’t consider the other game scary but maybe a bit spooky. P.S NO people dressed as clowns are hiding in your game room unless you ask for that 🙂
No! Games all have an objective or involve escaping a room. However, all doors are unlocked, open or have an exit button to leave anytime.
We have the largest and most open game rooms around. Feel free to come to check them out in advance if this is a real concern for you or your guests.
Yes, but our Warren escape room has 1 small step to get over to access the building. Apart from that, we have several larger rooms where people in chairs or with crutches can easily move around. Every piece of the game may not be accessible, but you can participate in most of the game.
